The staff were great. The coupon covered all but $5 worth of the oil. Our local valvoline is our preffered venue for oil changes for 4 vehicles. They have always done a great job for us.
I received redemption code within one hour after request. The installation process was easy. I had a preinstalled office on my Mac computer, but with the office reset tool provided, it was very easy to remove old licenses. It appears working properly after the office software was installed. I am happy with the results so far.
