I have been to this nail salon at least 30 times in the last 6 years. The second you whip out a Groupon, they do not expect that you are going to be a good tipper, and they treat you as such...having said that, by now they know me, and know that I am an over-tipper, if the service warrants it. I have had very bad service good service, and exemplary service. Today, Anna, gave me exemplary service, so I gave her a nice tip. I will. now request Anna every time I go in, because everyone else is a "question mark" - even though they never have any customers. My thought process is that you roll out the red carpet for ANY customer, whether they have a coupon or not. You NEVER know who it is that is visiting your salon...and you should NEVER judge anyone based on the fact that they produce a coupon that you...as a salon, consistently put out there. If you don't want people to use them...stop putting them out there, but DO NOT treat the customer as "less than" because they took advantage of the coupon. Treat them as royalty...they were smart enough to get a deal online SO THAT THE ACTUAL REAL TIP MONEY COULD GO TO YOU. Ever think about it that way?
Good afternoon
Unfortunately I did not redeem the offer as completed it was in error because I was unable to open the course information. Please restore my courses that don’t expire until 10/3/24 so that I can learn about event planning.
Thank you so much

Caroline was a welcome change from so many places that are cold and distant. She gave me great gel manicure! She was warm and friendly and was very informative as she paid close attention to details. I will definitely return.
