Able to see you quickly. Slightly rushed+brisk. Salon is a little cramped and busy but fine. I went in for a Keratin treatment, I believe it took about 1.5 hours. The formula does contain formaldehyde. The process feels really harsh on hair (high heat from water, hairdryer and of course the straightener, to activate the formula), but I'm hoping it's worth it long-term :) Janet took care of me
