This was the best massage ever! I had a pinched nerve in my neck and Jay was able to explain exactly what I had done to the nerve and release the pinch so no more burning pain. He was very informative and gave me lots of advise on stretching my neck. I will definitely be going back. He is very busy, as he is a one man business.
Adrienne was amazing with me and my partner, we came to visit some family and decided to get a reflexology foot message. She really connected with me and my partner not only physically but emotionally as well. Very open, receiving and funny as well, will definitely book again if/when she comes to my home town☺️
