Great experience! Hailey (hopefully I have the right spelling) the manager was super nice and helpful in getting our voucher redeemed. They also have SUP paddle boards for rent and hope to try that next time!

Amazing experience- unfortunately the whales were not out the day we went kayaking. We saw plenty of Moon Jellyfish which we got to play with. It was a beautiful calm day. Definitely would go again.

My Groupon had expired and when I called last minute, Nicole was so accommodating to get on a Duffy within 4 hours. Great customer service.

Absolutely love Carlsbad lagoon. The whole family had a blast and the Groupon ticket was easy to use.
