One 45-Minute Infrared Sauna and Cold Plunge Session
I felt so good to go from the sauna to a plunge. I was hoping to get some relief from my knee even though it was temporary. I’m base my experience, not only by the atmosphere, but also the price. It is affordable. It is not high end so I do not expect for luxury. From the person who answered the phone to the person who helped me in were perfect. I would definitely go back again.
