Nikki was pleasant and funny, easy to talk to, and made me comfortable. She gave me a cross between a bikini wax and a Brazilian, and also waxed my upper lip. While no waxing procedure will ever be pain free, she did everything she could to ease the discomfort. I've had several waxing experiences, and I have to say this one caused me the least discomfort, both during and after. The Broad Ripple location was fairly convenient for me and easy to access.
