Yoga Classes in and near Mechanicsville, VA

My kids and I have really enjoyed the classes and variety so far.

I absolutely love it! The workouts were intense and great at the same time. I really appreciated the instructor's helpfulness and patience. I truly benefited from each class and am now an official member of The Hot Yoga Barre! Thanks, Groupon!

Seems to focus on the important and practical we need to apply. Unlike others, who offer a plethora of information which may actually be superfluous in nature.
