Natalie is an amazing instructor! She challenges each person to do their personal best and allows for individual modifications. My stress level is always reduced when I leave the studio thanks to her sense of calmness! I highly recommend her yoga class!
I love GHU! Chris and her team are incredible. The classes are challenging and you can take a quick class if you dont have time for an hour and feel like you worked out!
Ok so you never know how these things will go sometimes right, I purchased the Groupon and called, the guy was nice, told me to go FB and send a message, within 15 mins. Janine responded, gave me all the info I needed & sent me the link to the class. In the class you go at your own pace, she comes around to make sure your form is good, and she was encouraging even though I was clueless lol. The women were welcoming & helpful I did not feel out of place even though it was my first time. Great experience.
