Ceviche was created in Peru...who knew, I had the CEVICHE MIX... very unique, not like it's Mexican counterpart. My wife had the CHAUFA ESPECIAL with fried rice...Chinese inspired dish from 1880's Chinese immigration.....again...who knew!!
We will definitely return to explore more Peruvian dishes.
