This app has been a life saver for me. With 3 kids 5 years old & under, it’s amazing to have quality therapy available from my phone. I love my therapist & if for some reason you don’t, it’s one click to switch. I’ve shared the BetterHelp app with friends & family. If you’re on the fence, definitely try it!

Day 1 (Sunday): Purchased Groupon
Day 2 (Monday):
- 8:30 a.m. Filled out the short online questionnaire.
- 10:20 a.m. I received patient portal information with required documents to complete.
- 10:45 a.m. I received my injection schedule and how-to information on administering the injections, as well as helpful links and information about vitamins and essential products. Emails also included information on the pharmacy and processing times.
Days 3-5 (Tues-Thurs): Waiting (im)patiently...lol
Day 6 (Friday): Received text to schedule my initial telephone consultation. They called on schedule, and the call took about 15 minutes (mostly because I was chatting with the lady and asking questions).
Days 7-8: Getting super excited!!!!
Day 9 (Monday): Received tracking information for my prescription!
Day 10 (Tuesday): Got all my vitamins and extras to get started.
Day 11 (Wednesday): Received my prescription with all the necessary administration tools. If you are silly like me, I read the vial wrong and thought they only sent 5mg (program is 12mg total). If you look carefully, it says 2.5 x 5mg, or 12.5mg. Slightly confusing, but when I texted them to ask about it, they were prompt and very informative!
So, like I said, CHWC did amazing on their end! Now it's my job to make the stuff work...here's to the next 8 weeks!
