I was skeptical when reading some reviews. But, I had a very good experience. The lady did a great job. The strange thing was with the reservation. I bought the voucher from Groupon. When trying to make a reservation, it was directed to Squareup.com. Good thing I checked before I go, because the spa didn't see my reservation. Make sure to check beforehand.
From check in, service, to check out, the staff is professional and thorough. The entire experience feels relaxing and easy going. I love that the services are performed in quiet so I can just relax without worrying about being polite and conversational. Can't wait to go back

I absolutely loved this! Highly recommend! I did the scalp treatment and was so relaxed that I fell asleep. The face mask, exfoliation and massage of neck and shoulders was really good too! Will be a returning client for sure!
