Excelente costumer service.

Deep conditioning , hair cut and blow dry all in one hour. Good deal. Harumi was polite. I found the chair (when hair is washed) uncomfortable though.

I have curly hair so I was nervous about the cut but the experience was good. The Olaplex treatment was about 20 mins then off to cut. The guy cutting was precise! I’m happy with the cut and treatment. Blow out came out ok. I don’t expect the usual because my hair is curly but overall fine. I would go back!
