Oil Change in and near Newport, KY

It was nice., I went in for an oil change. When they saw there was an issue that I had lost Oil. They considered two possibilities and let me know. I appreciate that the mechanic actually came out and had a conversation with me. It was very friendly and hospitable atmosphere.

Employees are super professional. They tell you what you need to have done but aren't pushy about your choice. Very helpful with the understanding of changing transmission fluid and the need to return to check the fluid level. I would not get my oil changed anywhere else in the city. I wish this was a full service shop.

Gerald and Keenland were very nice and respectful! Gerald explained everything to me and he also, informed me about a leak and the actions he took to stop the leak. I always come back to Jiffy lube because of the employees and the service!
