My experience having the ducts and furnace returns cleaned was really smooth. I also had my dryer vent cleaned. It became more pricey than my Groupon fee for service as I was unaware that my furnace had two returns ( it clearly was stated in the Groupon description of service that there would be additional charges for more than one return)
