Remy did fantastic work on a carpet that had many soil stains. He was able to get the majority of these out and my carpet looks so much nicer. He is responsive, on time, and professional. Highly recommend him and his company for your carpet cleaning.

It looks like I finally received a response. I didn't see the email until just now, so I want to give credit where it's due. I’m going to have to download the program, as I finally got the email with the necessary information. However, it was quite inconvenient to have my redemption code rejected, and I still don't understand why that happened. The good news is that I now have the software, so I’m willing to reverse my earlier comments.
