The Chakra Balancing Guilded Meditation Challenge was something I needed to do some much needed self reflection. I found it very valuable for my own healing & spiritual walk. On top of that, since you continue to have access to the materials of this particular challenge for a lifetime, It makes it continually useful. I think it worth the small investment, but more importantly the time investment in myself.
Very friendly staff, Nice and clean rooms. Process is very well explained, Floating is very relaxing and healing. I'd advise not choosing room ! as a poor design causes shower water to completely cover the floor.
Very fun, compassionate and insightful reading! Messages were certainly on-point and reflected the people I was asking about without having to provide much information. Robert was great with tarot cards and also provided dietary advice informed by traditional Chinese medicine. I highly recommend the reading. He was really fun and enjoyable to work with!
