Ivan and his assistant arrived on time and efficiently worked through the home, completing as much as they could from the discussed list within the 2-hour timeframe, which included cleaning two small bathrooms and the kitchen cabinets. While I had hoped for a bit more coverage given the 2-hour window and two cleaners, the work they did was thorough and well done. They brought their own cleaning supplies, which was convenient.

Got the email for download and code almost immediately. Had issues with installing the key due to older version. I got help right away and answered every email i sent in a very short time. I followed the instructions and was able to fix the issue. Great support and great product!
