The place is quick, and the manager Anna was onsite and on time for the group activation. The place is clean with the exception of one machine being broken but this will be addressed. Groupon was accepted and club features explained. Manager was helpful and accessible.
This place is a gem.The owner,Raymond, makes you feel welcome. This place is very clean. I had a massage with Lucky who is very respectful. He has strong hands. He was able to work the knots out and got tense muscles to relax. Lucky makes you feel comfortable. He wants feedback on pressure he uses. Luckyalso coaches on the correct method of taking deep breaths to enhance the benefits of massage.
I love GHU! Chris and her team are incredible. The classes are challenging and you can take a quick class if you dont have time for an hour and feel like you worked out!
