Susan taught my friend and I everything to know as people brand new to Pilates! We loved our experience and have become addicted to Pilates. Susan is a great instructor. Highly recommend!

Prior to purchasing, I was nervous but the owner answered all my questions and was super friendly. When I arrived, the instructor was expecting me and made me feel super comfortable. The instructor along with the regular participants were very supportive and encouraging. I can’t wait to go back!!!
