Makena was masterful. This was my first experience with a professional facial and I’m sold. The staff was very welcoming and professional. Makena was very friendly but there was almost no talking once the treatment started (which I like because I could just focus on breathing and enjoying the sensation and calming environment. Loved the ice mask, hot towels, and the aromatic steam stream in my face.

Great facial just was discouraged when she told me that it was an additional $25. Not tight u don’t run a business like that. Groupon price should have been total cost. Won’t be be going there again. That’s false advertising.
