The esthetician was amazing, she explained about the process, my skin concerns a treatment plan and advise to make thing better. I learned as a guy it is ok to electric clipper my face and shaving was not needed.

Dealt with situation from other review very well. Esthetician was fantastic. Owners accommodating and apologetic. Problems happen, and it is how a business handles them that makes them a good or a bad business. Starwood med spa is a good business.
