After a previous positive experience many years ago with a different Meineke location, I decided to come here. Combined with the reviews and the deal coming up at the time I needed it, I decided to have someone outside of my ongoing mechanic take handle my service, and I did not regret it!
Naturally, they did a thorough inspection. They informed me of leaks and issues that my previous mechanic of a few years didn’t tell me about, things that had been going on for a while. My favorite thing about this place was they physically showed me the issues, while explaining which problems were the most pressing to handle. combined with the reviews and a previous positive experience with a different Meineke location in the past.
They explained things to me really well and in a way that I understood.
Their thing is total transparency, and each thing was shown to me with emphasis on what to do first. Additionally, they provided me an abundance of great information and resources for potential financing, if needed.
I’m glad I came here and I will be returning. I highly recommend them if you want honest and transparent people servicing your vehicle :)
