Rick came out and took a look at my system and realized I didn't really need the service I purchased the Groupon for. However, while he was here, he helped me correct my dryer hose and made sure it was connected properly. When checking my dryer vent outside, he noticed my fence post needing some screws and provided that as well. This was a service he did not have to provide. I highly recommend
