I usually kickstart the new year with an exercise and nutrition plan. This year, I added a few cryoslimming sessions with Cherie and it was a game changer. One SculpSure Non-Invasive Body Contouring Session with Four Plates
Quick, (relatively] painless and one does see a reduction in fat. I would not say one loses 25% as claimed but it does need off being a couple of pounds.
