Best sauna experience ever - most saunas make me want to run out from the intense heat in 8 min; this one had a slow build to heating up for perspiration. Bring in your water bottle/flask to keep in the heat.
First time ever having a colonic and was nervous going in. The facility and staff were very professional and made the experience very easy to understand. Highly recommend!
