Clay was my personal trainer for each session. He did a great job motivating me and helping me increase my strength and balance. I never could have worked as hard without his help. I highly recommend him and Body Structure!
I love GHU! Chris and her team are incredible. The classes are challenging and you can take a quick class if you dont have time for an hour and feel like you worked out!
