Fantastic and knowledgeable staff! The dental hygienist, Lauren, was really kind, thorough and made sure I was comfortable during my cleaning. They even ask what music you like. She took time to show me a couple of pictures from the X-Rays and explain everything. I loved that most of the paperwork you could do ahead of time online, and just sign on the iPad when you come in. The front desk staff person who helped me, Ashley, was also really knowledgeable, positive, considerate with scheduling, and took time to explain everything. The dentist, Dr. Senter, is also wonderful. He's smart / straightforward about your needs, has a good sense of humor, and you can tell the staff has a good rapport and communication. I even got to chat with a happy long time patient while waiting! They really have your well-being in mind. I am so glad I found this place, and have no plans to go elsewhere - highly recommend! ~Sequoia
They are fast on everything, from picking up my phone call to schedule an appointment date. During the treatment, they do everything on time. You know often times, you wait for long time in clinic before doctor see you for all possible reasons. But doctor doesn't wear special 👓(forgotten the name) during cleaning my teeth, wish he'll wear it soon, since most dentist wear it.
