Great value. I contacted Lana Hair and made the appt. They immediately sent confirmation plus explanation of how to prepare for appt. Sent 4 pictures of their location with exact directions and parking info. Definitely excellent communication. I had Kelly as my specialist for the booking. Got to see my hair/scalp condition before and after. Received a scalp, neck, shoulders and back massage. Blow hair out with a dyson..if you know you know. Kelly did a great job. Will definitely be back.
