CC is great and very flexible. She motivates and pushes you to get the results you want. She also uses a lot of things in your home to help you work out with even if you don’t have equipment and trust me, you will feel the burn. I would recommend working with her!
I love GHU! Chris and her team are incredible. The classes are challenging and you can take a quick class if you dont have time for an hour and feel like you worked out!
Crosstown fitness (Roscoe) has been a turning point for my fitness. Having done next to nothing prior I was astonished how constant my improvements were. Not fast, there are no short cuts, but steady. The coaches are superb as well, there is someone for every type of gym goer. I like especially that they care to amend posture and technique during class, so you won’t injure yourself or miss out on the intended effect. I joined!
