I’ve had several IPL’s in the last 6-7 years and this was by far the best experience. The front desk assistants were so kind & welcoming. The appt started right on time. And my technician, Keely, was polite, friendly, professional, informative & thorough. She adjusted the strength settings to target different spots vs capillaries & move quickly without rushing. 10/10 recommend!
