Staff was great! Very friendly, informative and happily answered all questions. Lobby is cute and comfortable, shower area was clean. Towels and all the little things that are needed for the float were provided. This was my first time floating and I thought the cabin and the options it had during the float was nice.
Absolutely phenomenal service. I have had many facials over the years all over the world and this one was the best, hands down. Selina really knows her stuff and left my dry, sad skin happy and positively glowing. She also didn't nickel and dime me for every step of the facial or prayer me to buy a bunch of products, which can be so frustrating when you're trying to relax and enjoy a facial. 10/10 and I highly recommend to anybody! I will definitely be coming back.
