Great service, better than expected results

I went to the first of four sessions with Shai. She was professional and did her best to make me comfortable. I’m hoping for great results and will re-post after a few more sessions.

Upon arrival at the True Rest Float Spa, you are greeted by friendly staff. Beginners are shown a video that explains the benefits of Float Therapy and walks you through what to expect. Then you are taken into your private suite where you shower before your float. You have your choice of meditation music that adds to the relaxing atmosphere. The hour seems to go by faster than I thought it would. The tension in my shoulders and neck was completely gone by the time my session was over. Once out of the suite, we were offered water and hot tea and took advantage of the massage chairs. Afterward, we enjoyed the flavored oxygen. I can't remember a more relaxing experience. I look forward to my next trip there!
