This is a lovely yoga studio - such a wonderful vibe. Such a supportive environment . I had a fantastic teacher Carol let us through a yoga class and it was so healing It attracts a really lovely clientele Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Yes! This is a great workout and I feel great after a hot pilates class! Amazing teachers and music and an inviting and encouraging environment.

I am enjoying the basic classes. They are challenging me as a senior returning to regular exercise. The Union City studio is immaculate & parking is easy.
