How do I see what dates I can use this for?
You will be able to select any available dates directly on the calendar. If you cannot select a certain date, it means it is not available for that option on that date. Feel free to continue to check back on your desired stay date as the property will continue to add inventory for purchase wherever they can.
Why can't I get the advertised rate? When I select my dates it is a different price?
The advertised rate shows the lowest rate available throughout the entire travel window. While some dates are available at that rate, not all dates are available at that rate. If you would like to pay the advertised rate, you must choose a date that is selling at the advertised rate. You can preview the price of any night by hovering your mouse over the date.
How do I book a room for 5 or 6 people?
The standard occupancy for Desert rooms is 4 people, but they can accommodate up to 6 people. Adding occupants above standard occupancy will cost an extra $50 per night for each additional guest 3 or older; kids 2 or younger can stay for free. To add additional occupants, contact Kalahari Resorts 24 hours after making your reservation to inquire about availability.
If this deal allows me to have extra people in my room, up to the maximum of the room type, how do they purchase their waterpark passes? Where do we buy those?
This deal includes waterpark access for all guests up to the maximum occupancy at no additional charge! Pick them up at the front desk when you arrive.
What time can we check in? I see that it says 4 p.m. but can we come earlier to use the waterpark?
While check in is 4 p.m., your waterpark passes are good from 12 p.m. on the day of arrival until 3 p.m. the day you check out.
How is this a deal? I don't understand what I get.

How much is the waterpark pass if an extra person wants to come for the waterpark but not checking in for the night with us?
The waterpark is reserved exclusively for overnight guests. That being said, you will receive wristbands up to the maximum occupancy of your room, for no additional cost, with this deal.
