Important iPhone Booking Instructions:
Download the LoungeBuddy App on your iPhone and create a new account. From the Main Screen, tap “Purchase Access” and select your desired airport. Find the lounge you would like to purchase access to and tap “Get Access” to proceed to the check-out screen. On the checkout screen, when adding a payment method, tap “Add Credit” and enter your Groupon voucher number, then enter a valid credit card. Note: a valid credit card is required to complete your booking. Your card will not be charged as long as your LoungeBuddy credit amount is greater than or equal to the total purchase price. Make sure the “Using Credit” tab is selected. Once you tap “Complete Purchase”, your Confirmation ID and/or barcode will be displayed on the following screen. Present this to the front desk agent upon entering the lounge. If you navigate away from this screen, your Confirmation ID and/or barcode can be accessed from LoungeBuddy Settings > Payments > Past Bookings. Download the LoungeBuddy app on your Android phone and create a new account. From the Main Screen, tap “Skip and View Airport” and search for your desired airport. Scroll down the airport lounge list -- purchasable LoungeBuddy partner lounges will have a green BUY button displayed. Proceed to the check-out screen by tapping the BUY button. Enter your Groupon voucher number in the “Credit Code” field, then enter a valid credit card. Note: a valid credit card is required to complete your booking. Your card will not be charged as long as your LoungeBuddy credit amount is greater than or equal to the total purchase price. Make sure the “Use Credit” box is selected. Once you tap “Complete Purchase”, your Confirmation ID and/or barcode will be displayed on the following screen. Present this to the front desk agent upon entering the lounge.
