How do I redeem the Groupon voucher for the Sam’s Club deal?

To redeem your Groupon, follow the instructions on your voucher to receive your membership. The voucher will be emailed to you, or you can click the link on your “My Stuff” page to redeem your voucher. You can start shopping online immediately! Download the Sam’s Club app for your digital Membership Card and for access to Scan & Go.

Yes, complimentary members are eligible to become primary members when they purchase this offer.

Does the complimentary person have to live in your house, or can they just be related?

The extra card must be for a spouse or other household member. ​​

Can I upgrade my Sam's Club Membership to a Plus Membership?

Yes. Once you complete the sign-up process for your Club Membership, you can go to your Account page at Samsclub.com—there you will see a button to upgrade. Sam's Plus members receive 2% Cash Rewards on qualifying purchases, up to $500 per year. Plus members also enjoy free shipping for online orders, pharmacy & optical discounts, and many other benefits.

I had a Sam's Club Membership through my employer, but I do not have my membership anymore. Would I be eligible for this?

Yes, you are eligible for this offer. As long as you do not have a current membership and your membership was not active in the last 6 months from the date you redeem, then yes, you are eligible for this offer. If you need to check your renewal date, please check your billing statement or your online account, or CHAT with an Associate.

When will I get my Sam's membership card?

Download the Sam’s Club app for your digital Membership Card and for access to Scan & Go. You can also head into your local Sam’s Club and ask for a physical card at the Membership Desk near the entrance of every Sam’s Club. 

My email address is attached to an expired membership

If an expired membership still has your email address attached, you may have problems with this promotion. Please contact Member Services at 888-746-7726 for help. Ask that the email address from your old membership be removed or disassociated from the expired account. Please allow 24 hours for our systems to update before retrying to redeem the promotion, or visit the Member Services Desk at any club to redeem the offer and receive your gift card. 

How do I unenroll from Auto Renew? 

It’s easy to unenroll from Auto Renew once you join Sam’s Club.  To turn off auto-renew, sign in to SamsClub.com and go to Auto-renew settings in Account information and opt-out.  Or visit any club, or call 888-746-7726.
