This Voucher is valid as of the date delivered to you and the promotional value expires, as explained below, on the date found on the Voucher (the promotional value expiration date may also be found on the Deal page advertising the deal before you purchase the Voucher). Valid only for option purchased and does not include tax, shipping, care & handling, or other service charges. This Voucher is redeemable for the amount paid plus a promotional value (i.e., a bonus discount through the promotional value expiration date found on the Voucher) only against the purchase price of option purchased at the following website: www.personalcreations.com. After the promotional value expiration date found on the Voucher, this Voucher is redeemable only for the amount paid toward products available on www.personalcreations.com and applicable tax, shipping, care & handling, or other service charges. Except as otherwise required by law, the promotional value will expire if the Voucher is not redeemed by the promotional value expiration date found on the Voucher. The Voucher's amount of paid value is not subject to an expiration date, and if after the promotional value expiration date, the Voucher is used on a purchase with a total order amount of less than the amount paid value, then any remaining value may be redeemed on a future order with the same code found on your Voucher. Redemption of this Voucher is always subject to the availability of the merchandise shown on the foregoing website for delivery on the date requested. Each Voucher will include a unique code which is to be inserted during the checkout process when prompted to insert any gift or discount codes. In the event a Voucher is non-functional, your sole remedy, and Provide Cards, Inc.'s sole liability, shall be the replacement of such Voucher.
