Can I upgrade my base Sam's Club Savings Membership to a Plus Membership? Yes. Once you complete the sign-up process for your Base membership, simply go to the Membership counter at your local club and ask to upgrade to Plus (upgrade will require an additional fee). Sam's Plus members receive Cash Rewards of $10 for every $500 spent on qualifying purchases, up to $500 per year. In addition to cash rewards, Plus members enjoy other benefits including early shopping hours, pharmacy discounts, and more.
