For oversized and large items, shipments not delivered by UPS or FedEx, or scheduled delivery, buybuy Baby offers four types of truck delivery: Inside Entryway, Room of Choice, White Glove Delivery, and White Glove with Assembly.

buybuy Baby Store Pickup
You can purchase items eligible for store pickup online or through the buybuy Baby app. After completing your purchase, you'll receive an email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup. Head to your local buybuy Baby retailer and tap "I am at the store" in your email or app to have your order delivered curbside.
buybuy Baby Same-Day Delivery
Need something fast? Select items are also available for same-day delivery. If you order by 5 pm, you can opt-in for same-day delivery at your door. However, note that all same-day delivery orders incur a $9.99 delivery charge.

buybuy Baby Return Policy
You'll have 90 days from your purchase date to return or exchange most new and unused items at buybuy Baby (exceptions noted below). Just provide a receipt, and buybuy Baby will refund you in the original form of payment. If you've lost your receipt, you may be able to return or exchange items for merchandise credit by showing your government-issued photo I.D.

How do I submit a buybuy Baby rebate?
If your purchased item comes with a rebate form, you can submit it here by entering the offer number (found on your rebate form) and purchase date. You can also click "Start without an offer code". After 24 hours, you'll be able to check the status of your reward submission by entering your tracking number here.
