Forever 21 Returns & Exchanges Policies

t’s fairly easy to return or exchange your in-store or online orders with Forever 21, so long as you follow these three cardinal rules:
You must have your original receipt (or packing slip).

1. Items must be unwashed, unused, and undamaged.
2. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached.

Items not valid for returns include:

Forever 21 Return Policy: In-Store Purchases

For items bought in-store, you’ll have 30 days from your purchase date to return or exchange your items at a Forever 21 store. Bring your original payment method for a full refund, or receive a store credit to shop again later.

Forever 21 Return Policy: Online Purchases

When returning online purchases, you have the option of shipping them back within 30 days of the original shipment date, or returning them to your nearest Forever 21 store. For in-store returns, bring your original payment method for a full refund or store credit.

You’ll need to enter your email and order number to generate a return shipping label, and have it postmarked within 30 days of the original shipping date. Allow 2–3 weeks from the return ship date to have your account credited.
