There used to be, but since Overstock's merger with Bed Bath & Beyond, the program has migrated to Bed Bath & Beyond only and is now known as Welcome Rewards. You can join the loyalty program for a small annual fee. What is Welcome Rewards?
Welcome Rewards (formerly Club O) is Bed Bath & Beyond's customer loyalty program. (Overstock no longer has a loyalty program, though the company says one is launching in the coming months.) There is a membership fee of $19.95 per year that automatically renews every year. As a member of Welcome Rewards, you’ll earn rewards with every Bed Bath & Beyond purchase which you can use to save on your next order at Bed Bath & Beyond. Rewards are not earned on certain purchases (gift cards, in-store credits, or purchases made with Welcome Rewards), and they expire in 90 days from date of issue.
What are the Program Benefits?
- Get 5% on your Bed Bath & Beyond purchase. This 5% (5 points for every $1 spent) in Welcome Rewards can be used on future Bed Bath & Beyond purchases.
- Welcome Rewards can be used with other promotions. Want to use one of our Bed Bath & Beyond coupons on your purchase? No problem. Get that price as low as possible.
- Double Rewards when you write a review on Bed Bath & Beyond. Earn up to $40 in reward dollars when you post reviews for products you’ve purchased.
- Free shipping & returns on most products. Welcome Rewards Members can get free returns on eligible products. You will be reimbursed for shipping fees so long as you opt for store credit instead of a refund.
- Take advantage of Bed Bath & Beyond's exclusive Welcome Rewards Shopping events. Get notified in advance of upcoming sales exclusive for Welcome Rewards members.
- Get a price-match guarantee. If you find a better price elsewhere on the exact same product within 7 days of purchasing at Bed Bath & Beyond, the company will refund you the difference before taxes (including standard shipping fees). You’re limited to three price matches per month.
- Earn up to 40% more rewards in the Extra Rewards Store. When Welcome Rewards members shop the Extra Rewards Store, you’ll earn 10%–40% in additional rewards depending on the item.

Bottom Line: Is Welcome Rewards Worth it?
In our opinion, it can be. You can quickly earn back the annual membership fee in rewards or credit. Because credits can only be spent at Bed Bath & Beyond, this really only is useful if you regularly shop there. If not, you’re better off using another credit card with better rewards.
