How to Track Your Shein Order

• Log into your Shein account
• Click "My Orders" to see an overview of your order history and shipping status
• Click "View Details" to see a more detailed view
• If your order is marked "Shipped," simply click "Track" to check the status of your shipment

Shein Return Policy

Shein allows for returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with the original tags and/or hygiene stickers attached within 45 days of your order.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, so buy with caution:

• Bodysuits
• Lingerie
• Jewelry 
• Beauty products
• Underwear
• Event and party supplies
• DIY supplies
• Pet supplies
• Accessories (except for scarves, bags and mermaid blankets)

Your first return on every order is free. Additional returns within that same order incur a $7.99 shipping fee, so be sure to return all your items at once.

You can deduct that shipping fee using a Shein shipping label, or you can use another shipping method at your own cost. Refunds are processed within seven days of Shein receiving your return.

How to Make a Shein Return

• Log into your Shein account
• Search for the order under "My Orders" and click "Return Item"
• Select the item(s) you want to return, explain why you want to return them, and click "Submit"
• Print the return label and tape it to the outside of your return package
• Drop off at your nearest post office, or call to arrange for pickup

Important note: If you're making a return on your own, be sure to use the address on the shipping label and not the sender's address on your original package.

If you have any issues with your return, contact Shein customer support within 180 days of your purchase date.
