Seniors can save 15% off in-store purchases every Wednesday at Kohl’s department stores. The Kohl’s Senior Discount is valid at any Kohl’s location. You can save even more by stacking the discount with other deals. Here’s what you need to know before you head to the store.

What is Kohl’s Senior Discount?

Customers age 60 and older can enjoy a 15% discount off their purchase during Kohl’s Senior Discount days. So for example, if you buy $100 worth of merchandise, you’ll receive $15 off your purchase. To help you maximize your savings, we’ll explain how you can combine the Kohl’s Senior Discount with other deals, and what’s excluded.

What day is Kohl’s Senior Discount

The Senior Discount is available at all Kohl’s locations every Wednesday. The offer is only available in-store and is not valid for online purchases.

How old do you have to be for a senior discount?

You must be at least 60 years old to qualify for the Kohl’s Senior Discount. You’ll need to show identification at checkout to verify your age.

How does Kohl’s Senior Discount work?

Here’s what you need to remember when using the Kohl’s Senior Discount:

• It’s for in-store purchases only.
• The discount is valid on Wednesdays.
• You must present identification that verifies you are at least 60 years old.
• The discount cannot be combined with other percent-off discounts, and there are exclusions.
• There’s no need to download, print, or show any special coupon or code to get access to the Kohl’s Senior Discount.

Can I combine Kohl’s Senior Discount with coupons?

You can combine your Kohl’s Senior Discount with other dollar-off discounts, including Kohl's Cash® coupons and promotional gifts. Dollar-off discounts will be applied first.

If you’re using your Senior Discount, the Kohl’s Cash amount will be deducted from the total before your discount is applied. So if you spend $70 on merchandise and use $20 in Kohl’s Cash, your 15% Senior Discount will apply to the remaining $50, for a total savings of $27.50 ($20 Kohl’s Cash + $7.50 Senior Discount).

The Kohl’s Senior Discount cannot be combined with other percent-off discounts.

Are there any exclusions?

The Kohl’s Senior Discount is not valid on the following categories of merchandise:

• Gift cards
• Kohl's Cares® cause merchandise or other charitable items
• Select online-exclusives
• Premium athletic; beauty and fragrance
• Consumables
• Curated by Kohl's brands
• Select electrics
• Premium electronics
• Select novelty gifts
• Sporting goods
• Sports team merchandise
• Premium sunglasses
• Toys

The discount also is not valid on the following brands:

• Columbia
• Dyson
• Select KitchenAid
• Koolaburra by UGG
• Lands' End
• Levi's
• Lovepop
• S'well
• Timberland
• TOMS

The Senior Discount cannot be used for price adjustments on prior purchases, so if you forget to use it, you’ll need to return the item and pay for it again during a Senior Discount day to get the 15% off.

The discount also cannot be used for payment on a Kohl's Card account, sales taxes, shipping or handling fees.

Get Free Shipping

Although your Senior Discount is only valid for in-store purchases, you can enjoy free shipping automatically with a purchase of $75 or more. Or if the item is available in a Kohl’s store near you, you can choose free store pickup and get your order within a few hours.

Military Discount

If you’re an active military member, veteran, or immediate family member, you can also receive a 15% military discount every Monday. You’ll need to present a proper military ID to receive the discount.
