Express Shipping

• Standard Eyewear, Appeal and Equipment: 5 business days
• Custom Products: 6 business days

APO/FPO Standard Shipping

• All Products: 14 business days

Free shipping for standard orders.

Every Custom order is hand-built to your specifications. Please allow up to 4 days prior to shipping.

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email. It will specify the carrier used and the tracking number.

Oakley Return Policy

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with a purchase in the last 100 days from Oakley.com you may return it in its original condition with original packaging in a new and saleable condition.

Returns must be shipped back within 100 days of receiving your items.

Custom items are not eligible for returns.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

HOW TO RETURN AT OAKLEY

Follow these steps to submit a return:

1. Visit  the return page and complete the online return request form.
2. Print out the pre-paid return label and attach it to the box.
3. You will receive it through email within 48 hours of your request.
4. Take your package to your nearest UPS location.
5. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed and a refund has been processed.

Please allow up to 5 business days for the credit to show on your account.
