Alan was my trainer. I was very satisfied with my results. I had goals to strengthen my abs, quads, and improve posture in addition to better balance. I am well on my way and have exercises I can now follow on his list to continue on my own. He is thoughtful and supportive. Thx !
Friendly gym for the young and old. Staff is wonderful. They have plenty of free weights and even though it's a smaller gym, it has a lot to offer and I never have to wait for a cardio machine.
I love GHU! Chris and her team are incredible. The classes are challenging and you can take a quick class if you dont have time for an hour and feel like you worked out!
