199 South Harding Blvd.: One Full-Synthetic Oil Change
Today I came in for an oil change. I was helped by Callen (sp) and Ken. Callen was being trained by Ken. Callen did a fine job; after the work was completed, he explained the additional items needed service. I know this is your practice but I just want to say I appreciate how he explained things-patiently, without me feeling pressured.
Mr. Ken is just an EXCEPTIONAL team member-polite, thorough.
This place is rad.... they are honest and kind. I upgraded and felt no pressure from them. They did such an awesome job. You can trust them. Super great people... I would and will recommend them always. Thanks guys you rock!!!!
