Today I came in for an oil change. I was helped by Callen (sp) and Ken. Callen was being trained by Ken. Callen did a fine job; after the work was completed, he explained the additional items needed service. I know this is your practice but I just want to say I appreciate how he explained things-patiently, without me feeling pressured.
Mr. Ken is just an EXCEPTIONAL team member-polite, thorough.
I appreciate their honesty and their attention to detail. I didn’t even ask for filters and they checked them and they needed to be changed. They have been such an amazing help to this disabled woman who others have taken advantage of.
I was thrilled with how quickly they got me in and out. Under 15 minutes! Don’t forget there is a charge for the certificate, which was $8.95. A great value for the price paid!
