Dealt with situation from other review very well. Esthetician was fantastic. Owners accommodating and apologetic. Problems happen, and it is how a business handles them that makes them a good or a bad business. Starwood med spa is a good business.
My esthetician Sophia was ready upon my arrival, she was able to examine my skin and determine my skin barrier needed repair. Very kind and a relaxing environment. I would’ve preferred a more secluded area because you can hear the floor boards but overall a nice spa!
