I knew I needed an alignment. After reading reviews decided to purchase the Groupon for midtown Tire pros. I arrived around 9:30 am (no appointment needed) and was helped right away. my car was pulled in to a bay to start service. Their lobby/waiting area is large, clean and smelled really good lol. About an hour later the service was complete. Im glad I made the choice to come here and I don’t have the patience to detail it all, but Jon Pepper the service advisor is amazing! So personable and great customer service. After the alignment he came over and explained everything to me, he even took the time to answer a few extra questions I had. This is the kind of place I know I want to go to, where you aren’t just treated like the next body in the door. So many Thanks to Jon and the team at midtown Tire Pros.
